My background with not-for-profit Boards, governance, budgets and organizational management have made me very familiar with condo associations and their requirements.  A condo provides a great lifestyle, but they are not single family homes.  And for the first time home buyer, a condo is not a rental unit either, there are responsibilities and obligations as a condo owner.
